Refund policy
Basically, all products are made to order.
When placing an order, please check the product page and size guide to fully understand the product.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations of orders due to customer's reasons.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us using the Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will return the product for a refund.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect deliveries.
Please note that it may take some time for us to respond to your request on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the year-end and New Year holidays. Please understand that it may take time for us to respond to your request.
Please note that we will not be able to accept the following cases.
1. Returns/exchanges for the customer's convenience
Products that have been in the shop for more than 8 days after arrival
3. Products that clearly show signs of having been used, or that have been soiled or scratched by the customer
Items that do not include the order form/warranty card and other accessories that were included in the package
5. Merchandise that differs significantly from the original condition at the time of return (including box and accessories)
6. If the delivery note is lost or the tag is removed
7. Other items that we deem non-refundable.
